- Mir ist bewusst, dass dieser Beitrag öffentlich ist.
Hey zusammen,
bin kürzlich von einem Samsung-Smartphone auf das Fairphone 5 umgestiegen und habe dort dann die custom-rom 'e/OS' installiert.
Das Backup vom alten Gerät sowie die Übertragung auf das neue Gerät hat einwandfrei funktioniert (lokal, ohne Threema-Safe).
Auch der Kauf sowie die Aktivierung der neuen Lizenz aus dem Threema-Shop (zuvor PlayStore) hat ohne Probleme geklappt (Installation der App erfolgte nun über F-Droid).
Nun ist so, dass ich auf dem neuen Gerät keine Verbindung zu den Threema-Servern bekomme (keine Antwort von ECHOECHO sowie dauerhaft roter Balken), weder über mobile Daten, noch über WLAN (es liegt also kein internes Netzwerk-Problem vor).
Bei den e/OS-Einstellungen bin ich bereits alles durchgegangen, von Deaktivierung des Battery Savers bis hin zu Freigabe aller möglicher Berechtigungen für ThreemaLibre sowie Aktivierung des Hintergrund-Dienstes hab ich alles bereits abgeklappert und weiß inzwischen keinen Ansatz mehr.
Auch in den 'Advanced Settings' von Threema selbst kann ich nichts erkennen, was mir weiter helfen könnte.
Zur Info: Über mein altes Gerät (Samsung Galaxy A11) erhalte ich nach wie vor Nachrichten und kann darauf antworten (selbe Threema-ID).
Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich noch ausprobieren könnte? Besten Dank!
