After actualisation the app does not open

    Hi. I downloaded actualisation on my iPhone (iOS 13.1) today in the morning. I cannot open the app. Any ideas on what happens?

    You should try to offload the app via iOS settings. This preserves your app data (id, contacts, groups, chats and files) but will remove the app itself from your phone.

    After that you see a small cloud icon with an arrow in front of the Threema app name. This means that the app will be installed from cloud/app store again if you click on the app logo. So just do it: click on Threema as you would like to open the app and it will be reinstalled. The cloud icon will be removed and you should be able to use the app again as before.

    This seems to be a Apple/iOS problem with some apps.
